The Member Manual was originally designed to provide NVTC Commissioners with a printable resource document that included important information about NVTC — extensive overviews of the organization, governing and planning documents, and programs and projects. To provide the most up-to-date information on our Commission and the work we do, the digital manual formats links to existing documents or pages on our website.

This Member Manual serves two functions.  For a new Commissioner, it is an orientation handbook that provides useful information about the organization, board structure and operations, fellow Commissioners, and staff.  For the balance of a member’s board service, this manual then becomes an indispensable working tool and a central resource about the organization and the Commission.
